   The Resource Conservation and Development                 

   (RC&D) program ‘helps people in rural areas

   help themselves.’ Coordinated assistance is

   provided through the USDA and others to

   improve the social, economic and environmental

   conditions in the RC&D Area. High Country

   RC&D Area covers nine counties in  Southeast

   Idaho (Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont,

   Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison and Teton county)

   and a portion of Teton County, Wyoming.
