Bonneville, Fremont, Jefferson and Teton Counties have maintained steady population growth over the entire 22 year phase (1980-2002). All counties increased in population between 1994 and 1997.  This was the only period  of growth for all counties between 1980 and 2002. Bonneville County is the only county reporting consistent  population growth  over a sixty year timeframe 1940-2002.   Other counties show population declines in certain time periods and increases in others.
